i failed mgnt...

there were 13 n i think 3 were out.. tat includes me...

well, i would have to try again then...

abnegation: do u noe y they ask us to only try out 6 mths later?

i'm quite tempted to try out in the next round itself n not wait so long...

hey chermainrae.. i can understand how u feel now.. but keep trying ya.. i dun tink have to abide by the 6mths thingy.. so many gals apply during each recruitment.. dun tink they can keep track oso.. dun give up!!

btw, i tink we were in the same WC and mgmt.. i am the second gal in the grp during mgmt round.. after the china gal... which 1 is u??

I suppose it's for other to have an equal chance? Not too sure either. Anyway, just abide by the 6 months rule. They will have records.

during mgmt rd, have anyone encountered questions relating to SIA ?? as in the company backgrd or some sort ??? or is jus about us like the 1-1 interview ???

there are all sorts of questions posed by interviewers...sp jus be prepared to answer truthfully..

there will prob be two departmental heads interviewing u..........all the best!

qns pertaining to family background, education level and work experience...

it's different frm person to person...

they ask u why u wan to switch jobs
if u got a degree y do u wan to work as a cabin crew
how long will you stay in the job
what is the one thing tat your friends or relative think that is your gd/bad point and why...

they are tryin to find out wat kind of a person you r n if you can fit into their culture... all their qns have sum sort of hidden meanin so you have to think before u say anything...

the interviewer are generally friendly and they will talk to you like a chit chat session so take care of ur sittin posture and hands gestures...

jus remember to smile more...

i'm the 10th one... think i was sittin at the last sit at e opposite end of e table... u were sick tat day rite, feelin better?
