I came across an ad in the Expat living magazine for Visage in Orchard, so I thought I could finally have a change in the boring hairstyle that I have had for the last 10 yeasr !

I took my sister along and thought hey I am going to get a change today. Well obviously it wasnt the case. I got the main man to cut my hair and told him that I wanted him to choose a hairstyle that suits my face.

He simply did a side parting for me and charged me $60 for it.But the ladies that he was having as assistants were rushing one another and when I asked the lady who was assisting with my hair ,something about the hair, she mumbled in Mandarin to another of the colleague and her colleague responded to her not to waste time and finish with my hair as they have other appointments.

Customer Service and the friendliness wasnt there. I left and told myself not to go back there again.

Having tried even Toni & Guys at Holland Village with the director himself, It seems that the hairstyles they offer are very much for Asian faces.
