Cheers,
First, You need to apply to RCB for registration of business. To start off, You need to register at least as a LLP. You need to submit your written application to MOE for approval - school. any class of more than 10 persons, you are required to register.

You are also required to obtain a fire safety clearance cert from the premise You are operating from. If You are operating under HDB's premise, you will get the clearance from them.

Have You decided what business model you plan to operate? Which educational level you are tuiting? You need to work from there.

To increase income, maybe you can organise a fixed class, 1 to 1 tuiting & even mobile tuition. Depending on the level of educational institute You wanna establish, you will do your marketing from there.

If You want You can actually feed us with more detail. Or if You felt this is more of a trade secret & doesnt want to reveal to public, maybe You wanna consider emailing me & i might be able to give suggestion on how to work out from there. :D

That's a funny one. If he wants to keep it a trade secret why in the hell would he want to discuss it privately with you? Are you in the "business" of giving out advice? Or are you hoping to maybe just get a jumpstart on somebody else who might be reading?
