Does anyone of you live here?
We've been looking at these two places (only on the web) but they look nice and affordable.
How are the apartments in real life? Similar to the ones on the photos or in general worse of or better?
How is this area in real life? How far is this from e.g. the Botanical Garden and Orchard Road?
Me, fail English?
But nooo, that's unpossible....

We have stayed in Tanglin Park for six months and love it. Lovely grounds that are well maintained. The market continues to move up so expect to pay around S$6k for a three bedroomed.

We are a family who have been in Singapore for few years now. We have a 6 years old kid who is currently in Dulwich. Somehow I am not entirely happy...

Personally I don't have a great impression of Dulwich. I'm partial to SAS, but UWC is a great alternative for the IB.

It's going to be a challenge to implement social distancing at the east coast park.

It is leisure as usual at East Coast.
In fact, I don't see much social distancing everywhere I go.
COVID fatigue is kicking in, many are letting go...

Hi Kevin, this is Grant here. You may drag me in your group if you are still looking for a playmate. I believe I can join sometimes.
