Post by van07 » Sun, 25 Mar 2007 10:23 am

Anyone knows what the price range would be like when the n95 arrives in Singapore? And all I've heard is that it would be arriving in 2 weeks?? :???: Anyone got anything to say about that?

According to the nokia shops here, N95 is arriving at the end of the month.. Nokia Finland just started shipping out the phones last week.. I would guess the price would be more than 1.2k..

I bought the Nokia N80 and I wish I had not.

First, the camera is really poor. Got just as good a picture as with my old cheap Sony Ericsson.

Second, there are just too many key strokes to do things. How often do you send an MMS? Me... never... but when sending a text message I must always go through the extra step of selecting SMS. Same for making a phone call... must always select 'video' or 'voice'... no way to turn this off.

Third, the PC Suite software is flaky... lots of people have problems with connecting the phone and their recommendation is always 're-install' the software.

Fourth, their tech support sucks. I can no longer load the software on my computer. They just blame it on my computer and tell me to reinstall the OS, even though every other piece of software works just fine.

I'd stay away from Nokia... my next phone will be a Sony Ericsson. Anybody want to buy a used N80?
