I did a google using: P2 + HDD size

You may want to check out some other views as well.

You'll have to try it, depends if the mother board can recognise the HDD, although I believe the pentium 11 motherboards maybe limited. There could be bios updates available. Also the HDD bus, may not be optimal for the compatibility.

Can't think why you need a 100gb for the server?

Boy I can. We were always running out of space with my old NT4 server in the old company (PII 350Mhz) Also, the max size our MOBO would hold was only 256 RAM. According to a number of the site I visited to post those google links they were installing 80's without problems so I don't think a 100 would be a stretch provided they can find a bios flash for that size.

:D FANTASTIC!!! It works. A friend of mine did it for me. 18.5 for back up. the remaining 80 is devided into 2 partition. but it's a bit noisy. i mean the server is noisy :cry:
