Hi has anyone been to this new mall,,either for shopping ro taking up a residence here ??
How is it ..i mean the crowd..I was interested to going down and taking a look... please advise .

Seems like there is a bit of confusion here.. look like the OP is referring to the new mall the has opened called 'Central' and not the Central Mall where a lot of clubs are...

ooo.. she's refering to the one opposite clark quay.... with MRT exit.
I happen to be there, not that big crowd during the evening(might be due to just opened) but I believe afternoon crowd will be very attractive... hmm good location!

I had lunch at Pepper Lunch twice located at the basement.
The only crowd is at 4th level, My Dining Room (Kopitiam) during lunch hour.

maybe because its still consider a very young mall. that's why. there might be risk involved like.. if You take a long time to decide & await for good crowds, You might ended up paying more for rental & might ended up off-balance. But i felt that first level is always the best as You have the glass-wall to promote & more attention seeking
