Hot Yoga?

I just started going to the True Yoga and really feel good there. Don't do the Hot Yoga though, so can't say anything about it. But the place itself is really nice ! They hv different studios over the city, so very convenient to get there.
It's Yoga + Fitness Studio. Think they also have a month to month membership, but not sure.

well, i hv only been there few times so far, just started there. but it is enough space, usually it was more or less 10 ppl, but a big room. I experience one instructor now that I did not get along with, but besides from that one i think its really good. Can definatly recommend it ! And I also like it coz they offer the normal gym + airobic etc. You hv more choices. Only know the one in OUB Centre until now, and its really big, 4 floors, + they are building up a garden on the rood to hv Yoga classes there... but not ready yet, but think that will be really nice after work watching the sunset sounds so relaxing !!!
