I recently joined Pure Yoga. They provide hot yoga class at several levels, and so far I feel quite OK. Let me know if you need more information :)

Hot Yoga is sort of doing yoga in a super hot room. Pure Yoga is the name of a yoga studio, it is open to everyone

I enjoyed my hot yoga lessons and felt the energy after every lesson.
Surprised that I am able to get up and work the next morning fulled charged and also a clear mind plus positive thinking.

I took my class at City hall and the lesson is 90mins. Be prepared to sweat it out because you need to stay in a 40degree studio during the whole lesson.

Cheers

Hot yoga was created by Bikram, an Indian yogi. If you see 'Bikram Yoga' advertised, it's essentially a strenuous sequence of yoga postures designed by Bikram in a heated (40 degree) room. I have been doing yoga for many years and have seen fellow students hurt themselves by doing a 'hot yoga' class which wasn't under the guidance of a fully qualified and certified Bikram instructor (instructors can only get this by doing the training under Bikram in the US). You're obviously all adults and can take care of yourselves, but all I'm saying is it doesn't hurt to ask the instructor about their training and qualifications before taking a any sort of yoga class.

http://www.yogaffinity.com/

try this, it is definitely a very cool and sweat hot yoga  I love it. It is located at the Amoy st.

You can go for a trial for Free, after the lesson you can consider to join or not to.

Good luck.

Hi, thanks everyone for the reply.

Chix Chix, I went to the free trial at yogaaffinity and it was not bad. However I do not wish to commit to any package. Anyway you can check it out if you are interested.

Hi all,

I'm doing yoga at yogaffinity now and still enjoying.
There are variety of package that you can choose which is quite fexible for me, for example if you buy 10 classes it will be valid for 1 year.
They are going to open new branch soon.

Cheers.
