Ready made cards? Just go to Kalm's (few outlets), Cards and Such (Raffles City), Prints (Centrepoint) and perhaps Popular bookshop.

If you're interested in hand-made cards, you try try your hands out at Wheelock Place, 3rd level, there are a few scrapebooking shops.
