serviced appartments

Post by ffsgrelier » Mon, 19 Mar 2007 6:58 pm

good morning from a very cold and windy London

My family and I are relocating to Singapore in 10 days now and have been booked in a serviced appartment near Orchard MRT for the first month of our stay. I was wondering what we will need to bring along with us as I am unsure of what is included in serviced appartments in terms of towels, bedlinen ... Sounds a little silly perhaps but having a bit more info may help me organise what we pack for the airshipping a bit better until our shipment by sea arrives.

Thanks for info from anyone who has been in the same situation.

we are about to move out of a Serviced Apartment near orchard into our own place finally! the serviced apartment has everything like a hotel room/suite, towels, equiped kitchen, bedlinen (changed from once a week to everyday depending on the arrangement) fully furnished including cable etc. you just need to bring what you would if you were coming for a holiday or business trip. if you were to bring anything other than the usual clothes and toiletries I would recommend pool towels and pool toys, of course being on orchard means what you forgot can be bought as cheaply or as expensively as you desire in a matter of mimutes. Good luck!
