Condo in district 09 or 10

Post by Fromperth » Mon, 19 Mar 2007 10:58 am

Hi there,

I'm looking around at different condos in district 09 and 10. I'm after something quite new and hopefully 2 bedroom. I will be working near the raffles place mrt, and want to live pretty close to an mrt station.

I like the look of places like 2rvg, and was wondering whether anyone had any experience with that condo, or if anyone could recommend anything else around there.

I am young, from australia and will be living alone, and want to be pretty close to shops, places to eat etc.

Thanks for your help.

i live in 2RVG.
it's about a 12 minute walk to the somerset MRT which in my opinion is on the long side.

i also work at raffles MRT.

i take a taxi to work everyday and on the way back usually MRT back.
or if i go to drinks with coworkers after work then i'll take a taxi back after 8 pm.

the biggest plus i think about 2RVG are the amount of windows and accompanying natural light (some of the condos such as cairnhill crest i saw had smaller windows and not as plentiful..so came off to me as dark).

Hi there,

I would like to know have you stay here before? Do you like to squeeze with people in the MRT train in the morning?

If you are familiar with here and do not mind squeezing then there are many nice residence you can choose from which are 2 or 3 stations from Raffles place mrt station and convenient to eatery places.
You can follow the link below to view property you may interested:
