German Girl- Shame on you. Not getting the sports channel should not be an option.

I bought the sports channels just for Formula One. This season should not be missed by any fan. Seeing as though the whole F1 community has been shifted around as far as drivers go. New cars are being introduced.

You being the "German Girl", Ralf needs a fellow German to cheer for him.

Me with alot of German in me always cheer for the Schumachers.

You can get the sport channels just for the season and then cancel them.

As far as Pubs that show races. Muddy Murphys shows a few and so does Molly McGuires. I think a pub in Chimjes shows a few but not sure.

If I remember right it kind of works like this. For the German GP most German pubs show the race. US GP would be shown at a US style bar(pub) shuch as Hooters. So on and so forth. I am sure that there is a pub here on this island somewhere that shows all of them but it could prove difficult finding it.

THis Sunday beign a season opener I would think that there should be several pubs showing it.

This is a picture of a really bad F1 accident that happened here last year:

does that work? thought I have to subsrice for a year or so.... i don't watch any other sports, so i don't really want to have it the whole year, paying for nothing most of the time.... well, i will check :) would really love to see, as the past years i thought it kind of boring sometimes, but this season should be really interesting again, haveing lots of new drivers, a new team, and all shifted around.... lets see !

thanks for you advice !!!

If you already have cable then you can add channels any time and stop them any time (unless you specifically subscribe for a particular length of time).
So, you could add it on check out the races and if after a couple of months you don't want it any more just ring up and cancel (argh how could you???). Normally you have to pay to the end of your payment month is all.

u can add any channels before your billing cycle and have it activated on the date of your billing cycle and cancel it before your billing cycle if you dont like that particular channel.

Thus you jus pay for that extra cost of having additional channel for a minimum of 1 month

Ok .. this is important stuff ... :D

Should be arriving in the next month or so (will just miss Sepang) and need to make sure that i can see the races!!!

I have already made araingements where a friend is going to record all the races and pre quali's to DVD from UK's ITV Broadcast, and fed-ex it to me for action replays etc. (copies can be provided to all that require)

But i need to know somewhere suitable to see the races Live .. as most European races will be starting about 10pm singa time, is there any sports bars that will show it?? or can we turn up mob handed and make them show it :D

Auzzy Grand Prix was a cracking watch on Sunday too !!! Hamilton the rookie getting a podium, Kimi actually not breaking the fezza etc etc !!!

Looks good for 2007!

Just get cable tv and sports channels, they show the qualifying "live" here too. This would serciusly have to be cheaper than FedEzing anything! It can be hard to find it on at sports bars especially if it coincides with a soccer match as the football will get preference. Oh, if you are into soccer the EPL is all over the sports channels as well.

Summer time when European Football season is over, I don't think it is any problem to find a bar showing F1. Even before that if we can get a group I'm sure a bar can change one tv for us.

I've watched F1 last summer at Mel's Place on east coast road, but that was just because I happened to be there when the race started.

Just 2 1/2 weeks before KL weekend. I'd bet it's the Maclarens that break there, not the Ferraris.
