if, for each round, roughly 20 made it to the final interview, then i suppose there should roughly be a total of 40 of us (from the 9am and 2pm screening on monday) who made it to the final interview...

i think only, not sure also. i wonder if they really mean it (during the walk-in on sunday) when they say they like recruiting Singaporeans because they find us hardworking... :P if its true then they shd take in more of us... ehe

Oh my god oh my god. I just bumped into another crew from QR who just left. Okay, crew welfare there is terrible - period. Lots of horror stories, but the main thing is

1. If you can work in Qatar - You can work anywhere.

Seriously - Why? - Basically, you will learn how to survive anywhere and being under the watchful eye, etc.

Just do your work, FOLLOW THE RULES (I MEAN FOLLOW THE RULES) then you're okay. RULES. Can you follow? Can you comply?

Basically, the standard answer there is "If you don't like it, you can leave, we have plenty who will want your job".

For those of you who like to "Argue" or "QUESTION" or say "WHY" - please do not come , you'll be miserable or get sacked. Trust me.

I just read from the Pprune forum that unsuccessful candidates from the final interview will receive a rejection email on the dot in 2 weeks' time... As for successful candidatees, they only hear from the HQ in the 3rd week.

Gulp. So no news for now is good news.

*nods* i've been checking my email everyday since wed. i guess i will check it end of next week to prevent early disappointment. [-o<

thanks for sharing, toygirl. i think for every cabin crew job, there's always a downside. but what the company said is sad but true- alot of ple r vying for the job... amazingly, we (including myself) all still want it despite hearing all these... 8-[
