Condo Management Fee

I'm investigating the possibility of purchasing a condo in Singapore. One of the things I'm unsure about is the condo management fee that needs to be paid monthly.

Can anyone shed any light on how much I can expect to pay for this?

Its approximately about SG$280 - 350 per month for a 3-bedroom unit, depending on the size of the condominium.
