Anyone bought the Herbalife.. which is the correct way to eat the pills ? after food or before ?

shouldn't the packaging say when to take teh pills?

as with all weight loss/diet plans, i hope you do research before getting into it...

Oh gosh ,,of cos the packagin says with meals but I want to hear from people who are taking Herbalife themselves....... if you are a Herbalife taker ,,pls reply.. if not thanks then for reading
