Does anybody have any experience of the above place - Good or bad. Im considering moving in and could use any advice before I sign the contract.

We seriously considered it 3 years ago but decided it wasn't the right layout for us - very vertical houses.

Also thought it might be a bit noisy, so built up. (Ended up somewhere very noisy indeed but love the house and got used to the noise.)

Mind me asking how much they're going for these days?

That's not bad, I think they were not far off that when we looked and rents are on the rise.

It's a nice area, convenient.
