To Lynn: oh.. i was studying in SP Biz admin, but i majored in "supply chain management" which includes modules that learn about airplanes, airplanes parts, airplane freight forwarding, airports terminals, etc.. I'm not sure how they prioritise their recruitments.. Sorry abt that.hi. u're also a poly grad. wad course were u studying then cos i heard tht students with dip in tourism & hositality will have first priority, is tht true?
anw may i ask u how did u get by the info abt recruitment of staff? thru sch? forum? newspaper?
as for the interview date, i was totally lucky.. i had this module in sch that needed me to write a resume as a project.. and i need to go online to find their advertisement.. so happen that SIA was having a recruitment drive abt 3weeks later, they posted it on their SIA website(under CAREERS section).. i was still schling in oct, only grad on feb, but since i already had a resume done up nicely for SIA, i just decided to try for it, take it like a form of experience and exposure.. guess i was plain lucky to pull thru it..
they do post their advertisement on newspapers too! i've seen it b4.. dun remember its The Newpaper or its The Classified. well.. either one.. and from wat i see, the peeps in this forum do post up, up coming recruitment drives.. just browse arnd when ya free?
well i think wat they look for is presentation. dress smart, speak well. that's all i guess. oh, and of coz, good complexion. they literally shine HUGE white light onto ur face to check for scars or bad complexion.
hm.. i hope my advice is enough? anything else can PM me or just reply here. hugz..
