small matter. you are welcome. i ever try before Silkair for more than two times. but yet didnt manage to get in for second round. was always sad and disappointed of going home empty hand. was so envious of them when they can get in through for second round.

I think I've posted somewhere before that I've tried Jetstar Asia once, Qatar Airways once, Emirates once, SIA once and SilkAir 4 times. Yes I understand how you feel after being sent home after all the efforts that you've done but there's always a reason. Have you assess your mistakes that resulted in you being sent home? There's always something different for you to learn from each and every interview. Definitely, different airlines have different ways of conducting their interviews. I've learnt where I went wrong although sometimes my flaws during the interviews are not obvious. Sometimes small mistakes matters alot to the interviewers. So know where you went wrong and face the next interview with confidence and of course, with a smile.

hi,

theres 2 parts:

1. you'd be in a grp of 10 and you do the usual intro. after which they will take you to a room and announce the names of those who are selected.

2. the selected ones will then go thru a 1-1 interview and if you're in, they will give you a slip of paper abt the next rd!

goodluck!!!
