okay next question. I think that I will not find what I am looking for in a public school, or will not even have a choice as they are so hard to get into for expats. I have looked at various websites for International Schools and here is the philosophy that I feel akin to: UWC which seems to have the most international student body, an emphasis on a global education and strong values regarding community servive and giving back to the international community/world. the caveats are that it is almost impossible to get into and I am guessing since it has the highest fees that the student body, international as it might be, is also pretty much upper class kids. Anyone know wat comes a close second without being so prohibitive? Thanks

ISS and OFS both have a huge number of nationalities in their student populations. Both have good and bad points of course too. SAS is apparently very multicultural, but they are by far the most expensive school here.

You could also look at the German European school - they are new and are quickly getting a very good reputation.
