Can I have a comfortable life in Singapore with US$ 7000/Mo.?. I have a wife and 2 kids.

Is it possible to own 2 cars with only US$7000/Mo and is income from Internet website taxable in Singapore?. FYI 99 % of my visitors are not from Singapore.
