Home vs. School selection - Caribbean at Keppel Bay..??

My question is:

A) Are there any expats living at this complex that have small children in school?

B) If so, what are the school options in this district of Singapore??

We will be relocating in June and wanted to know if living at the Caribbean near Harbour Front Tower will be condusive to getting our three children(9/6/3.5) to a good school nearby. My wife will be working at the Harbour Tower and I will be working on Jurong Island.

Any thoughts from the experienced folks are greatly appreciated..!!
