In researching our impending transfer to SIN, I thought it would be helpful to ask everyone to rate the condo's/townhouses they are currently in, or have previously resided in. I believe other potential ex-pats would find this of use also, as some people have provided such information in some posts, but one has to trawl through a lot of postings to get this kind of info. Hopefully the administrators might even consider making this sticky once it's been populated.
In particular, I'd be interested in what you like and don't like, and any comparisons you can make to other properties.
At the moment we're canvassing properties such as Regency Park, Newton Gems, Amaryllis Ville, Holt Residences, Sommerville Grandeur, Sommerville Park, The Pearl @ Mt Faber, and River Place. However, we're not locked into anything in particular.
