recurring deposits

I looking for depositing a fixed sum every month in either SGD or USD. Is anyone aware of any bank which offers such deposit scheme in Singapore?

Back in India, we have this recurring deposit scheme, where you can deposit a fixed sum every month into a fixed deposit scheme, returns on which are fairly high.

standard chartered offers an "xtra savers" program where every month you contribute a fixed amount per month and you earn an "xtra" interest rate. I don't know what you mean by the returns are high, their rates seem to be pretty pathetic. i'd rather take my own chances investing.
