Asian Eyelid Revision Surgery, Dr Woffles Wu or Dr Meronk?

Hi everyone, I'm from Sydney, and since there aren't many surgeons here that perform revision surgery for asian double eyelids here, i'm currently researching to do it overseas. I've had mine done by a surgeon here but would like the crease made higher and more symmetrical.

Dr Woffles Wu in Singapore advertises alot here in Australia. I'm wondering if he is qualified (I know his famous but I wanna be cautious). And I've read a few posts in the past where people mention he doesn't really listen to his patients. Has anyone been operated by him before?

Dr Frank Meronk is a western doctor in the US, in California. He also performs revisions and only uses the permanent technique (Dr Wu uses a temporary technique). But I've heard Dr Meronk advertises alot and he isn't board qualified... but he ONLY does eyelid surgery and has performed thousands.

I'm very confused on which doctor to pick as they both have pros and cons. Main thing is, I'd like to see if anyone here has had eyelid revision with any of the doctors above? Or if anyone has any other surgeons they'd recommend?

Hi there, I'm pretty much thinkin of doing the same. Have you located any good double eyelid surgeons in Singapore? Would appreciate if anyone on this forum can recommend too. Thanks.

.....hes not even asian...

Qualifications notwithstanding, why should that make any difference? I thought double eyelids were a western feature not an asian one? Where was he trained? US? Aus? UK? They're not asian universities either......
