Real estate or banking?

Hello, I'm a 22 year old danish citizen desperate to get back to Asia, as I grew up there and feel that's where my home is really, despite being danish. I'm in a bit of a bind though as I know it's not easy simply going to Asia and getting a job there right away sadly. So I was wondering if you fine singaporean expats would be able to share your knowledge and thoughts on my situation.
I was considering going into the real estate business here in Denmark as the market is really good right now, and could probably make pretty decent money if I stay at it a few years. I was wondering though if there are any expat real estate brokers in Singapore that cater to all the expat families moving/living there? If not, do you reckon there might be a place for a new business doing exactly that? Another option I have is going into banking and getting a BA in Business along with 3-4 years of banking experience, as that's the education the danish banks provide for their employees. However, danish banks won't relocate their employees to their foreign banks unless they're at the director level. So do you reckon it'd be possible landing a job with one of the local banks there with 3-4 years experience?
So my question is really...which path would you reckon I'd have an easier time landing a job in Singapore (or Asia) with? I don't care if the job is highly paid or not, I just want my foot in the door and work my way up if possible. Or is there perhaps a whole other route to Asia that you know of that I haven't considered yet?
Thanks for reading and hope one of you might be able to shed some light on this matter as well..you'd know best really.
PS: Anyone wanna hire a hardworking danish lad?! Won't dissappoint! Heheh, kidding.
EDIT: I know that Singapore is probably one of the hardest places in Asia to get a job as a foreigner, so if you know of any other country in Asia that one might have an easier time getting a job in, then feel free to share.
Thanks in advance!
