Round 2: Kebaya Fitting

Change into kebaya, tie hair, remove all accessories including earrings, necklaces, bracelets, watches, change into the sandals provided (the ones that the SQ ladies wear). Wait for your name to ba called in the sequence. Do your catwalk and skin check. Those who passed will have their height and weight taken. Then it's 1-to-1 interview. Results made known that very same day. Number of candidates who passed varies.

Hope this helps :)

Ohhh...I went for Jan and round 2 was Kebaya fitting. I went on Sunday. Doesnt matter which round is which. What's important is that kebaya fitting's on the same day and there are certain things to look out for like posture, smile, confidence, etc. :)

Hi Tenshi...

For the kebaya round, what was the passing rate When you were there In Jan? Would you say its the toughest round?

How many interviewees were there for the kebaya round?

There is no such thing as passing rate. if you have a good posture and you keep smiling confidently and stand straight and tall i am sure everything will go well.. so just try your best and if u can try not to worry or think so much

cheers

Well for my group, there were 3 of us. For some other groups, there were 1, 2, 3. Basically any number. There's no fixed number of candidates making it to the kebaya round. It all depends on your self-intro. If the interview panel likes what they hear from you and you are able to smile and display the confidence that they are looking for, you'll go on to the next round.

From what I have heard, the kebaya round is not the toughest. What's tough depends on you yourself. If you think you are fat and may not fit into the kebaya, then it's tough. If you are afraid of water, then the water confidence test is tough. It's all in your mind. Tell yourself that you can do it and do your homework and preparation for each round. There is sufficient info here to tell you roughly what to expect in each round, so do what you need to up your confidence or make up for your lack of skills.

thanks a lot! :)
They do but as long as you look refreshing and not really hagged for your age, you will still be considered.

What age, I reckon most of us are below 30 here? 8-)
