Intrinsic Dreamer - well atmosphere might be stressful and intimidating for you. cos there will really be heaps of ppl queueing up there. some will really dress up and some really dress down. its up to you what sort of person you are inorder to get affected by these...

Okok..

Means we really gotta wait alot of hours is it?

So, after the Intro round is the Kebaya round?
Are these the only 2 interview segments that are gonna be conducted at the Hotel on the same day?

If girls make it through, roughly how long will the whole thing take?

Hmm... The Kebaya round sounds a lil scary. Does everyone rush for their own size? :-s

yes you have to wait thats the thing for sure. how long is depends on what time you arrive. if you want to get it over with quickly. go early. as early as 730am to queue and wait.

After kebaya round is the 1 to 1 interview with the SIA staff.

they normally have only 3 rounds on that day. the other three rounds will be on separate days.. * swim test, management interview and medicals.

this whole thing will roughly take a duration of 2 months i guess. of waiting time.

the kebaya round is not scary. to me you have to be slim. cos some gals are big at the chest and they cant even button up and thats really a turn off to see yourself in a bra only. yea you gotta roughly judge which is your size just looking at it. luckily i could tell my size but seriously its so tight and hard to breathe in the kebaya so make sure you got a flat tummy and a good posture and keep smiling. walk Straight and show confidence. as if you are walking like a dowager like that...

precisely. if you are well endowed it can be your disadvantage during the kebaya round cos those kebayas are from ex crew. made to fir them. so if they are not well endowed then.. good luck to those who are well endowed.

SIA interviews takes a lot of confidence. your poise and all. posture is very important. eyes are on you even when you`re waiitng so gotta take note of that. it might sound nerve wrecking but actually it`s quite fun too. just enjoy the process, no point getting all nervous and all and then stumble or something right? it`s a good experience itself.

this time round there are no guys, so i`m assuming waiting time will be lesser. cos for the 6/7 jan one, it was guys and girls. there were more guys! and then sent the groups in alternating. get there early if you don`t wanna wait too long. cos the other time, people started q-ing at like, 7 plus 8 when it starts at 9. the q will be long, but don`t be intimidated by that. just go do your thing, girl!

and i don`t think you will get your cert on 2mar itself right? if i`m not wrong, they will give you the result slip and ask you to go back to your school to get your cert on a later date.

water confidence test might be conducted on a different day from management interview. for the lastest batch of trainees, theirs was like, water confidence test on a day, personality test and management round on another, and then you can choose to do the medical right after the management round or the next day.

but roughly it`s like
1)group interview
2)individual interview
3)skin check
4)kebaya
5)skin check
6)personality test
7)management round
8)medical

but then again, waiting for the email is probably the one that takes the longest time.

m, i`ve said that that`s roughly what will happen. but it doesn`t mean it is conducted for everybody. one trainee flight stewardess said that for her`s, she had a personality test. you sit in front of the computer and do the test, something like a psycho test that some people encountered, but this is a non-elimination round. if you didn`t encounter it for yours, then good for you :) it might or might not happen for everybody. like plavt always says, policy changes every now and then. :)
