hmm.. during the 1-1 interview do they ask about management of SIA ? or that will only be asked during the management interview ? examples of questions they asked ?

btw for those who went for the interview before do most of them go in formal or mostly casual ??

Based on my interview eons ago.... there was never a time they asked me or my group questions about SQ management. They asked lotsa questions to assess what kind of a person you are, how well you'd endure "grilling" - they want good composure, have a jist of your lovely personality and what you are willing to do for work.

Those who's had recent experience could maybe enlighten babyger so she can get over her interview jitters :)

Attire must be formal - office attire. Sleeved tops with tailored pants or skirts ( no micro-minis please ) are best.

Hi babyger..

Attire is formal wear for training and management interview.

But for water-confidence, we all seem to go a little casually..

haha..

nope they don't ask about the management of SIA. they could ask questions about you, what you're currently doing, your hobbies, your family, your studies, etc.

i wore a shirt & pants for the interviews. i wore jeans and a "smart" looking top for the water confidence test. and of course later changing into swimsuit for the actual dip la.

Hi Mischa and babyger!! :)

I went to STC on my water confi day in a denim skirt and T-shirt.
for the dip, I wore 2 piece.

Botton is Boyshorts and the top is well, just a top!!

I didn't bare my tummy or wad.. :)

For my walk-in, i wore a dress! Red, V-neck, flowery, knee-length, colourful. :)

For management interview, it was totally formal wear for me. Cuz we were asked to wear formal for management. :)

Oh ya babyger, about like 60% of the gurls at walk-in wore formal. Like office wear.
The other 30% came in jeans.

I think i was like one of the 5 who wore a dress. Haha. Didn't see many ppl in in.

Hmm...

When i 1st reached there, i was wondering if wad i was wearing was appropriate. HAHA.

But i liked what i wore as it was my favourite piece and i felt good in it.

babyger, the 1st round, kebaya and personal interview are on the same day. Its the 1st 3 rounds of SIA. So i was just wearing that. :)

Gurl, haven't decided wad to wear yet? :D

Hmm... And my dad asked me to wear a dress to the walk-in also. He didn't evennn suggest i go formal... Oh wells. :)

We have discussed this before. What applies to "others" doesn't really apply to yourself so formal wear would be more appropriate. :-|
