Hi all,

Good luck to those who are going for management interview.

It's pretty simple. Keep yourself prep and in a happy mood.

They'll ask you a lot about your previous jobs, your family, what you enjoy doing, mainly your own life. And be very very honest and just remember to keep smiling. Keep eye contact.

I blurted out that I've a maid at home and one asked if I do the chores at home, I said no but gave a very "politically correct answer" thereafter. And I got the job.

Cheers
-M

Lynv wrote:You are right Michael Vana, I am new to contact lenses, less than 2 months using it.
It hurts a lot, so I wonder should I or not wear it for the water confidence test.
I do not want my eyes to be red and uncomfortable during the uniform fittng.

With the contact lenses, my vision get kinda of blur and I need to move my lenses to see clearly.
I think probably I am not suitable to wear contact lenses.

Sorry gals and guys for flooding this space for irrelevant issues

Lynv, maybe something about contact lenses you might not have considered. for your info, there's actually this BC and DIA that differs from lenses to lenses. i think it refers to the degree of curve or something. yea for me i did once went JB to get those really cheap Focus Dailies right off the shelves [-X and it just doesnt suit me one bit, i couldnt even open my eye properly. takes really long to get used to it. so umm... what im trying to get to is its just best to check with your eyecare practitioner what type of lenses suits you best..

Ok abit off topic already. Anyway.. if you think with lenses it would cause pain for you then maybe you want to go without. you see a short distance yea? i dont think there's much to look at anyway.. :)

Thanks Michael Vana, I will check out the BC and DIA thingy.
I didn't like Focus Dallies because I was told the lenses are thinner, and cause it to run.

I went without lenses for the water confidence test

emalf, I had my test on friday morning, went thru the water confidence test and unifrom fitting.
It is a good experience and I love the jump and uniform. I hope I get the call.

Sorry for flooding the space here as you can guess it's not SQ interview I went for. But I guess it would be about the same.
Enjoy reading and got lotsa of tips here, thanks everyone for sharing their experiences :D
