Lynv, congrats on making the first step. :D
You know.. alot of things if you are unsure how it would turn out to be, you try it out (BUT with safety precautions). Be it jumping into a pool, swimming backstroke, swimming with contact lenses(I reckon your eyes hurt maybe because you are still rather new to contact lenses? correct me if im wrong :) ), drawing of brows, introduction of yourself, etc etc.. prepare yourself. One way you could ask around for tips, but to really experience it first-hand you have to personally do it.

Just like exercising jumping off the (mock-up) plane. Yea? :)

Good luck. You are almost there. A high percentage gets through the management interview, if that would boost your confidence a little bit? :D

You are right Michael Vana, I am new to contact lenses, less than 2 months using it.
It hurts a lot, so I wonder should I or not wear it for the water confidence test.
I do not want my eyes to be red and uncomfortable during the uniform fittng.

With the contact lenses, my vision get kinda of blur and I need to move my lenses to see clearly.
I think probably I am not suitable to wear contact lenses.

Sorry gals and guys for flooding this space for irrelevant issues

No dear, its normal...

U'll need at least 1 week for your eyes to get used to the lens. It WILL be blur at first.
My first tym was like that as well.. :D

I hope u went to a good eyecare practitioner. Do u have astigmatism?

Don't worry ok?

Ur optometrist should have told u and reassured u of the effects. :?

M, u're supposed to pray for me!!! Hee hee. :)
We can have lunch tgt at STC In the future!!!

Lynv, is your eyesight really very bad? why not jump in without your lenses and wear them only after the test?

my eyesight is pretty bad and I swim without my lenses. havent bumped into any walls or anything yet. :D
