I sometimes go to the Colour Bar at Siglap for cut and colour. I've also been to one in Parkway - NK hairdressing I think it is called (level 1, near the massage shop). NK were alright but I stopped going because they kept hassling me to take on a package. So if you go there and they do this, make it clear from the outset that you have no intention of taking on a package (unless of course you actually want one!!).

I notice you are posting as a man and a woman (hey, well done, I've never met an hermaphrodite before :P  )..........if you're looking for barbers too, there's one (not far from NK in parkway) called Sri Nada

No offence 2die4, but I think Jean Yip sucks. I dislike the hardselling and the price to pay is not worth the result.

I head to Estique Salon at Pacific Plaza. Good service and good haircut/perm/dye. Whichever you are looking at. Thumbs up for them. Benn is my regular hairstylist.
What doesn't break me, shall only make me stronger.
