Just wondering; does anyone know if one can bring an Australian gas powered gas bbq to Singapore? Just wondering if it's allowed, and that the gas fitting to the cylinder would be the same...
I know; wierd question .. but hot weather = bbq and beer, right?! Can't loose out on that!

Yes bring it, you will use it. If you have to buy a new one here it will cost you a fortune, they are not cheap here at all.
Gas bottle is a different matter though. Yours would have to be professionally emptied and certified to carry it. More often than not it is cheaper to get one here, you just give them a deposit on the first one, and they deliver too!
The fittings are different but are easily changed over by the gas company and that doesn't cost much at all.

Awsome. Thanks heaps!
Yeah. Would not like to be without the bbq at all. Nothing like a good barbie.. and a few cold ones.
All the best!

Sure! Will do .. I've already got a
condo scoped out.. but we'll see if there's anything available when we get there. Can't remember the name right now .. but had two great balconies.. an older condo, but looks great..

we generally like the older
condos when we came, because you have a better chance at getting a balcony, and they seem to be laid out better, as in more open plan and less wasted space. We saw a great one, but got one with two small balconies, but no bbq yet
*lol*
good luck with your search
