dear all,

What place would you recommend to stay in krabi?
I am actually looking for a more relaxing kinda of stay instead of typical hotel room.

Tubkaak - if you want a serene beach. A bit off the path towards the north of the town.

Or if you have money to burn, Rayavadee in Aonang will be a great place.

Lol, I wish I could afford to stay off the beaten path at Rayavadee.

ahben, Ao Nang area might be what you're looking for, although maybe Railey would be quieter. It depends what you're after, but there are quite a few less typical places to stay around there.

pimalai resort on Koh Lanta Yai - one of the best places for freindly people, good food and a great place to stay. I will most certainly go back again

last minute changes... going to phuket instead for holidays... looking at a
laid back kinda of resort rather than hotels... anyone have any reccomendations?
