Housing Allowance

I am working in a new build up Shipping Company in Singapore (which exist in Germany allready for a long time). From what i read in other posts allready my salary shouyld be quite average... what I am wondering is how much other companies pay for housing allowance / rent etc ? No Senior / manager position, Single Woman.

Quite a few do not pay anything. It depends on your company policy I would think. Some furnish quarters, some make you share quarters, some give your an allowance which is up to you how you spend it and some give you nothing at all.
