Chiropractor?

moving to singapore shortly and have a question about chiropractors.
I have a bad back and my current chiro is a godsend. Is chiropractic care common in singapore? Are there any licensing requirements?

And finally... can anyone recommend a great chiropractor?

My mum used to go to Atlas Chiropractic Clinic at Capitol Bldg. Their clinic number is 6333 5300. Once, her backpain was so terrible that she needed to ask the doctor to come and pay her a house visit. He was so sincere and encouraging, and even following up with a phonecall after that visit.
