hey hi,,i am taking B&H ,with Super Aboba. So far I dont evem know if I have lost anything .. but it makes you go to the loo often. What I dont like is when you are outside and you need to go toilet ,,you have to practically run for it...

However, what I was told by my distributor is that for ladies when you are having period, you cant take the B&H.

I saw it selling at guardian at 138...but I am getting it from my distributor at $80. :)

I'd say that was logical! Wonder why they couldn't think of that? Oh, I forgot, if they are taking that crap, they don't have any common sense anyway. No wonder the couldn't think of the obvious.

i dont think its very nice of you SMS to generalise like that. Its up to an individual if he or she wants to take any product to slim down right. Sometimes exercise is not always the best short cut route out... seeing your weight go down doesnt really mean that you are losing weight. There are people whose weight dont go down but they lose inches.... :)

chixchix,

First of all, I'm not generalizing. Anybody who fills their bodies with this crap are idiots.

Rather than getting your knickers in a knot over this, why don't you do some actual investigations into the possible side effects of the substances you are throwing into your body in order to avoid doing things the right way. "Proper Diet and Exercise Regime".

I post the results that I find to possibly save some poor ignorant fool from ending up like Andrea de Cruz did a few years ago with the Slim 10 debacle. Do you know anything about the side effects of these various "remedies". Have you not ever wondered, if they were so good, then why aren't they given front page news coverage due to their lack of side effects and ability to actually give you permanent weight loss rather than just cleaning out the poop chut and dehydrating the body? As soon as you stop the "Other" things that they recommend that you do "in addition" to taking the crap pill/liquid/gels/powder or whatever then the stuff stops working and the body starts to repair itself of the damage the drugs have inflicted on it putting the weight back on in the processes. Did you know that you can lose inches and gain weight and look better just from exercise? Fat doesn't weigh as much as muscle does but takes up more space.

Those of you that take this stuff should be candidates for the "Darwin Awards".
