Best recommendation for prescription glasses

Is Singapore a good and reliable place for prescription glasses? Am coming in March for a week's holiday and am wondering if my Australian prescription could be made up in that time. Are the prices reasonable for frames? All recommendations welcome. Thanks.

Yes, yes, and yes. Not much reason to recommend one shop over another (the actual glasses are made in the same few workshops anyway), but Optical 88 seems OK.
