Anyone engages this sort of service in Singapore? I know many Indonesians and China nationals do this. Myanmar i have also a few friends. Just want to know what is the situation here

I have an empty house and was thinking of converting it to a hostel with guardianship. therefore just wana find out what are everyone's views on this matter with regards to this
