I need help with the selected EP application form (called personal particulars form). As i'm born in singapore but not currently a singapore citizen i have to fill up this selected ep application form. They are asking for primary school certs etc which i don't have as i didn't take them with me when i migrated. Does anyone know whether my degree certs are adequate? As i'm currently overseas, i really cannot obtain copies of these school certs. Even if i was in singapore, the schools probably don't have records anymore..
Has anyone had any experience in filling such forms up?
