Does anyone know of a hairdresser in Singpaore that is able to assist black females with relaxing of hair. If you do, please respond. Thanks!

U may try BOND salon at 38A Lorong Mambong (at Holland Village) above breko.. I used to go to that hair salon and the nail salon next to it, price r reasonable n service are good
