Are there any stores that rent games in Singapore, or movies??

not sure about rentals.

there is an online version of pc games you can download legally.

Google "jumboplay". It's about $10 a month , no contracts. (and you can play _all_ their games for the one monthly price, as well as make a free second account for a family member)

You're required to have an active subscription in order for the games to work, but in every sense they're identical to the games that you buy at the pc store or rent (if rentals exist).

regarding movies, yes - there are plenty of places that rent them out, eg Videoezy, but they're not cheap, compared to overseas prices.
