Hi!
What are good, cheap hotels here in Singapore? I will be traveling alone so a single room and bed is enough.
Price should be about S$ 140 max and it should be located in downtown area.
Then, in comparison, how much would a single bed hotel room cost in Raffles or Fullerton?

Raffles and Fullerton both have ridiculous rack rates, you need to get good Internet discounts or corporate rates to make them affordable... but I doubt you'll get into either for under S$140 no matter what you do. The M Hotel in Tanjong Pagar might be an option...?
