If you are staying near Bishan or Ang Mo Kio, you may want to consider The Garden Spa at Bishan Park. There is also a Cafe and Pilates exercise. But I am not sure about the cost.

I am not a spa person. Just that I recently service my client inside The Garden Spa area. I find it quite cosy and unqiue with Spa blending in with the Park.

I am sorry, I do not know whether is it the best SPA in Singapore. But I think the owner was once a Singapore celebrity. :)

I think there's a thread on this somewhere already, but my choices would be a VIP suite at Raffles Amrita (at The Plaza) or, if you can afford to book the Presidential Suite on the roof, The Retreat at Changi Village Hotel. :)

Both have websites.

Chix, I visit the Super Spa at Jurong Superbowl Complex, Yuan Ching Road.
Wow, this place is amazing 16000 sq.ft open concept with Steam, Sauna, Hot and Cold Pool, TV Room & Coffee Corner. I found it so refreshing after my first visit to this place a couple of months back. I finally signed up for a 10 massage package to get 2 body scrub / 2 massage free.

Nice place open daily from 10:30am to 9:30pm. Unfortunately the Spa facilities are exclusively for men because of open concept ha ha.... although I have seen women come in here for Massage.

Cheers,
