Where to get designer dress?

Hi all, I am getting my girl a dress for the valentine day. She told me she dream of a dress and it's very gorgeous. But she can't find it in any boutique. So I am thinking of giving her a surprise on that day. Did any one of you know any designer shop that tailor made a dress ? provided must be up to quality not that kind of "chong sam" tailor
