My friend and I are considering renting an apartment in The Montana condo on Jalan Mutiara near River Valley Road. Is anyone of you living here or hase lived here? What are/were your experiences at this condo?
Is the overall management of the complex ok? Is the public area (pool, gym bbq pit) well maintained?
And what would be the average costs for the maintenance of the roofterrace jacuzzi?
