My current lease will end in April 2005(1 year lease with no diplomatic clause)but I want to move out due to uncivilized neighbour-loud music into late nights/morning and a lousy management.Is it possible to terminate the lease and get a refund?Doesn't mind if I can't get refunded but can I give the owner short notice?

If yes,then I'd really like to move out quick and move to a 2 bedroom @The Anchorage.My budget is $1500-$1600.
