Singapore has most of the things you can get in the UK, it's got Mothercare, early learning, babies r us/toys r us. They sell little fans to clip on to the trolleys and everywhere is air con so dressed correctly I can see any issues!

We've got a newborn no issues to think of at the moment!

Perhaps just to watch out the baby skin problem. May be due to the temperature change, sometimes the baby would need to adjust to the environment and develop some rashes.... other than that, babies are highly adaptable, need not worry much about it... Like what patrick said, everything is available in Singapore ..
By the way, welcome to Singapore !

Your baby will need more liquids, than normal? Check with your doctor once you arrive here, to stop the baby from dehydrating, you may not recognise the dehydration, ask your doctor here how to recognise this symptom, there is a soft spot at the back of the head, but on top, where the skull is not fully hardend, that becomes quite firm, because of dehydration.

Although there are also many other symtoms here

It's very important for the baby to have more liquids that hydrate, than what is normal in UK, the doctor will inform you of what's best.

Prickly heat can be a problem, it not only attacks babyies but also adults, and believe me, it's no fun, I have had two attacks on my feet in two years, it is caused by the blockage of sweat glands, and can last a couple of days to a week or more.

Prickly Heat powder is available here, very cheap.

Other life threatening diseases for children are foot & mouth, one type, which occassionally hits Singapore is a killer, others just give slight fevers, sypmptoms are blisters in the mouth and on hands and body, my daughter has had this frequently here in Singapore and also Taiwan. Hand washing is very important, even for babies.

Degu fever check with doctor if injection is available for babies and yourself, although I have never bothered myself, I know a few people have died from it.

You may also wish to contact the embassy to check for any other advice on health protection.

Avoid Fans directly blowing onto the baby, this will dry out the nasal passage, and also blow microscopic dust mites into the face, keep fans behind the baby and at a distance, Also air conditioning is not healthy and you will also catch colds more quickly, if you use it too much.
