budget romantic night

Post by bpotter » Fri, 29 Dec 2006 2:47 pm

Hi all,

This is slightly embarrassing but I want to organise a surprise romantic evening for tomorrow but am on a very tight budget. I want to do something different instead of the usual dinner, dance etc.

Thanks for you input.

How tight? The French Stall at Serangoon Rd is often mentioned if you want a bang without many bucks, and it certainly is cheap (set menus $15-ish all day), but the food will disappoint if you have any idea what French food is supposed to be.

Cheapest option of all is to cook it yourself, which also makes it easy to proceed for some free horizontal folk dancing afterwards
