Advice on Changi Heights?

Hello, does anyone live in Changi Heights or know anything about it?

We saw a terrace house there a few months ago on our familiarisation trip, and it looked nice (big and new). But it seems close to the airport and prison - would that be a problem (noise from planes, etc.)? And is it a good mix of expats and locals?

Also, we are ready to move now, and we were surprised to find that the same terrace house we saw in October is still available for rent. Is it usual for a house to stay on the market that long? Just hoping there is nothing wrong with the house or the area...

I know it's a very specific question, so it might not be easy to answer, but if you can tell me anything at all about whether there would noise problems with living close to Changi Airport, I would be very grateful...Not sure if it would be a huge problem or if I am worrying needlessly...Thank you in advance!
